A Healthy diet continue          I study about healthy diet and Japanese diet. Eating a healthy diet keeps your body healthy foods like fruits and vegetables are a nutritious food.         At present, there are many healthy foods. Japanese food is considered a food that most people like to eat is sold in many countries. It is a health food. Most Japanese people eat the vegetables, the fish most Japanese people healthy. People mostly Westerners interested in Japanese food Japanese food because it has low cholesterol.Westerners that make people interested in Japanese food even more.             My reading strategies find the words from the dictionary. A healthy diet   I study about healthy diet and more. We eat a healthy diet is beneficial to health. Such as fruits and vegetables are nutrient has many benefits. In today's society, people that  are doing all the same urgency.      Junk food is a good choice because it's convenient. We eat foods that are not healthy for them.Junk food is sold and it was very tasty. Easy to purchase all the people I knew it was not healthy food, but also eat. Healthy body We should eat nutritious foods.     We will read English and understand it, we should know the individual words that mean nothing. We need to practice and learn to memorize as many words. English reading is not difficult if you intend to study. I think to learn English, there are many things I do not understand, because when we come across a word I do not understand what it means that we're not sure what media content is straight, but able to practice....

1 August 2016 I learned with Dr.Usa Noytim in course Dr.Usa introduce course syllabus  course description,objectives,contents,course schedule,meterials,assessment,requirements,grading,classroom rule Classroom rule is  Be punctual. Pay Attention to the lesson. Do not use cell phones in the classroom. Do not cheat. Follow Dress code policy. Listen while others are speaking or sharing. I think this subject is difficult because I kow a few words,However I will try to give more.My reading strategies is scanning keywords.My attitudes towards the lesson is where efforts success there.
